Any peer insight into the following Adelanto multi-unit residential income description that appears to reflect the default CRMLS format in that area?

But these aren't "model" anythings; and several listings display the same type of gibberish. They're all older multi-unitss, leading me to think that the MLS programminig is corrupted. I presumed that somebody on the AF would be doing units in Adelanto, not that I personally would care to drive through that war-zone again . . . winstorm so fierce that visibiity was about 6 feet. Enough debris on the streets to warrant a crew of 100 working for 2 months. Actually unlike anything I've experienced before, from Scottsdale to Delano...

It's just a formatting disconnect between the MLS systems.
