HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE TO BE APPROVED AND ABLE TO DO FHA WORK???

STEVE ADAMS

After passing the test, submit your enrollment application.

Within about 10 days you ought to be approved.

Keep checking the electronic roster.

I do not know if they send paper approvals anymore.

HOW DO I FIND THE ELECTRONIC REGISTER?

THANK YOU,
STEVE

Go to: www.HUD.gov

That will lead you to a form you can download, fill out, and to the national register where you can check by state and by name. Suggestion, when checking, keep it simple. Fill in State, Name, and City and you shoule get a response on line fairly quickly. I tried filling in all the blanks, confused the hell out of the computer. So....I entered my name and state, nothing else, and Bingo! There I am.

i could give you the long version of the web site but if you will just go to the above, click on where it says appraisers, you will find what you are looking for.
