Never happen. No bot could do what my wife does for clients. The hand-holding, back-covering, educating, negotiating, etc, etc ad-infinitum personal service cannot be done by a robot. The general public would totally reject this if subjected to it. Dumb idea IMO. If it catches on...won't last long as most users would be 1 timers after being burned by it in one of the numerous ways a real estate transaction can go wrong.

Good Realtors earn that commission. If that was not the case, 90% of sales would be FSBOs.

Bots don’t look good in high heels, not yet at least.

An Uber moment is coming for real estate agents, they’ll still be involved but the money will change.

Will never happen in MA. Way too many rules and regulations. For buyers, why pay $1500 when a realtor is free (realtors paid by sellers)? For sellers, you an expert in the market? You think you know all the laws? When I was originating loans, I hated fisbos. Just before closing I would ask the seller for the Title V and they would ask, “what is that?” I even tried to buy a house from a fisbo and backed out because the seller clearly didn’t know what they were doing.
