Am I making this too hard?

My questions is about the Compliance Inspection Report - The FHA final inspection form.

Part 1 of the form is "Inspection of Onsite Improvments Reveal" and there are 15 options
Part 2 is "Explanation of Statements in Parts 1 & 3" (Part 3 has options 16, 17 & 18)

So in Part 2, under No. - are we to put the option number (1 - 18) we are explaining; or is it items of repair? (1: peeling paint 2: leaking plumbing 3: unsafe stairs etc.)

Thanks for the clarification.

Steph,

It's the option number.

But I always list the completion items, too.

That way, when you check "all items complete" there is no confusion over which items you meant.
