This lawyer is a real stool pigeon. Set him on a stool, shine lights in his eyes, and he spills his guts. They don't even need the rubber hoses. I went to a conference once about rap around mortgages. Seven Realtors showed up with their lawyer. I was talking to one of the Realtors and he was telling me what they had been doing. I told him that what they were doing against Federal law. He pointed to the lawyer and said, "I didn't have anything to do with it, the lawyer did it." The people would never make it as a wise guy. They would be whacked out before the sun went down. :lol:

Really looking forward to meeting you! I'm the short one in the red shirt with my hair tied up. Planning to just let the hair hang down next time. It's been trimmed so it's no longer at my waist.

Wish I could figure out a way to get more Florida appraisers involved. There is one more from Jacksonville that tells me he is going to attend next Tuesday.
