Hi, my name is Jeniffer. I am an appraiser in Sacramento, Ca. I just got your recruiting e-mail. I see you are asking some questions and want a resume. I looked at your website and see you are using X-sites, you specifically ask about Landsafe and Flagstar, and some of your other questions give me questions. So let me ask you-

1. Are you fee splitting AMC fee splits?

2. Do you expect free comp checks (pre-determined value in violation of USPAP) before assigning a paying order?

3. Do you pay for things like trip fees that take an appraisers time and gas, or do you expect appraisers to work for free?
