They apparently switched to a new platform called dwelling blocks and reset their whole panel where everyone starts with a perfect score, whereas it was previously top to bottom assigning. With their new ingenious DB platform it appears they expect you to blind accept without viewing the sc prior to acceptance and also there is no way to conditionally accept orders anymore.I got an email from ANOW - a united wholesale appraisal panel. I read the email where it stated you have to buy a subscription "anow essentials" from them? Did I read that correctly?
The dude lives like a few miles from me and is building a mega mansion. He wants to put a go kart track in his yard- the neighbors fought it and won. I guess he needs more money off the backs of the working man. I can't root harder against someone than this guy! Horrible basketball owner too!Only $49 per month, plus, I think, some per-report upload fees and maybe some fees to pay you. To be expected as they own ANOW and rely on it to increase their profits. But be sure to always hit the number in time, or you will simply have another expense.
The fall will be spectacular, though! Too bad taxpayers will have to foot the bill. The dude lives like a few miles from me and is building a mega mansion. We are to pay him to do work for him! WTF!
Are you currently using ANOW for your non-UWM appraisal order and office management? Or just for orders coming from them? Mind sharing the screenshot from that email with sensitive info blurred?I got an email from ANOW - a united wholesale appraisal panel. I believe Voxtur owns Anow, not UWM. They bought them out a while back.To be expected as they own ANOW and rely on it to increase their profits.
