Hi Brian!

May I direct you to a very useful function located just below the American Flag above the posts, is a line containing FAQ, SEARCH, Usergroups , Register, Profile, Messages and Logout

using the Search link, and placing the entry "ANSI" in the topic heading I came up with 4 threads including that wordgroup, the most pertainant of which is:

http://appraisersforum.com/forums/viewtopi...&highlight=ansi

It indicates several places where you can acquire your documentation

This also was cut from a different thread indicated by that same search (sorry my short memory has forgotten to whom goes credit for this cut n paste...)

For those who are interested in some interesting information on why to use ANSI Z765 as your standard here are two good URL's.

http://www.frea.com/size%20matters.htm

http://www.frea.com/frea/sq_ft.htm

The Newbie threads and Technical assistance stickies posted by Wayne also have much information you should peruse...

Congratulations of your continueing use of this excellent resource!
