I would assume you are looking at a lease hold estate? Correct?

What is your scope of work? What kind of Public Land, township, villiage/town/city, county, state, federal - BLM, USDA-FS, Dept. Interior USPark Service, and a few others?

Now one important questions who owns the building? In some case on Federal Land the land under the house or cabin belongs to US and the building belongs to the owner.

Yes, there are many senarios. You'll need to give us more details. What are the terms of the lease? 99 year renuable? 10 yr in Baja Mexico?
