I have 2 to do because of the fires and one of the subjects was nowhere near the fires. The lender told me that they want me to do them on monday. I have one in titusville(almost mims) which is the other end of the county. I have one in W. Melbourne by 192. 100 bucks each and about 40 in gas. Anyone else getting them?

not yet-but for sure they're coming, just like post hurricane. Probably a 25 mile radius or so.

As I understand it, if the county is declared a disaster area, then ANY property within the county falls under the re-inspect deal regardless of actual path of damage.

Enjoy your drive! :D

What is a Vespa renting for in your market? :rof::rof::rof:

I wish I worked over that way. If I got $100 reinspections for all of last months work, that would put some money on the board for this month! I would be happy.....

My April was crap too, but this month is rockin'. The ice has broken! :new_multi:

Folks,

I've done many hurricane reinspections, and all for for no less than $150 (some $175). I wouldn't get off my chair for less then that for fire reinspections. Who else are they gonna get to do it? You did the original appraisal. The secondary lender wants the original appraiser for the reinspection to sell the loan. Its already been closed and funded. You got them by the short hairs for a change.

Think about your overhead...time...liability...gas, and pride in your work product. $150 to $200, is not unreasonable...Unless you already prostituted yourself by doing the original appraisal for only $150? (Hope not). They pay me ($150-$175) why wouldn't they pay you the same amount?

Just my HO,

JS
