of AMC users? Would be nice if we compiled one as we went. Then we'd have a qualified prospect list, just for our info, of course....... seriously, if everyone across the land could keep track of who is using AMC's in your area, well, then we would know who they are. The clients, that is. TIP: it would be the client on the request from the AMC. We all need a file on who they are.

Are you looking for something like this? If so, copy list and add what you know.

Bank of America
- Homefocus (subsidiary of BOA)
- eAppraiseIT

Countrywide Home Loans
- Landsafe (subsidiary of Countrywide)

Edited, just thinking maybe listing the AMC first then banks/client under the AMC would be easier to keep track of.

thanks.

We are interested in who is using an AMC as a source of obtaining the valuation.

TIP: it's the client on the request from the AMC. We all need a file on who they are.

Sorry, I don't do very much AMC work, so I don't know all the clients.

If anyone is interested to know, STARS is not taking anymore appraisers in Florida as of two days ago. I had a client needed an FHA appraisal, and although I am on the FHA roster, the bank utilized STARS. After contacting them to get on their approved list, they declined any additional appraisers in the Florida area according to management.
