I noticed he was missing too, but also thought that maybe he had changed his user name and I just didn't recognize his posts.

I was at an FHA class in Denver a few weeks ago and Edd was there. He told me he was kick-out of this forum. Then he told me before he was kick-out, he quit.

I have talked to him...sorta like firing a client, eh?

Where were you Wednesday for lunch? Told Gary E you would be willing to work with him on programs.

Hey Mike

Yep - kinda like the client thing - I fired another one today - they want value before I do the appraisal - cart and horse thing.

I was expecting an email with some details - where and when. I spoke with Gary this week and seems he did not know the details either. We will be getting together after the holidays.

That's funny because I emailed him with the time and location a week in advance and he was there. See you after the first

Bob,.....Unfortunate, for sure...."They want the value before you do the appraisal". - - What else is new ? I've got to ask, though, if you don't mind. Was this a client located within the borders of the state ?.....or were they out-of-state ?

If they are in THIS state.......then, what a wonderful example of the lack of impact of all that potent new legislation that was passed in 2007 ! ! So much for the anti-coercion and anti-influence bill (SB 85) NOT being taken seriously by the client side of market participants.

Kicked?

If Edd was kicked, it would be interesting to read the thread that caused it. A nickle says he will return before Valentine's day.

I'll take that bet, but let's make it $100.00
