I'm going to be in San Diego Feb 1 thru Feb 4. I'm staying at the Town and Country. Anybody from California in that area? I'll be in meetings on Friday, Saturday (I'm working at a charity 5K on Saturday if you want to participate) and part of Sunday, but Thursday night is free as is Sunday night. I fly back home on Monday. I won't have any transportation other than what is provided by the hotel, but that shouldn't stop us from getting together. Let me know.

Chris, I'd love to get together with you! PM me your phone number so we can plan the details.

Wow, such and over whelming response...either that or Cindy sure has a hold on the San Diego market. :rof:

I am busy Thursday and Sunday evening. Otherwise, I would join you.

It's looking like a SUPER BOWL party may be in the works at the Town & Country. I'm arriving Thursday afternoon, so Thursday dinner or after is still open. Friday I'll be available from anytime after 3 Pm until about 6 Pm. Saturday I'm busy all day, but if anyone is in the area come and watch the race from 7Am - 10Am. Then Sunday I'm pretty free any time after noon.

So if I only get to see Cindy, that's great but I'm sure there are others in the S. California that are available to come and say HELLO.

I have a cousin in San Diego. He's the one redneck in town. All these nice ranch style houses and in front of his there is a truck on blocks with a coon dog tied to the bumper.

I hope you realize what traffic is like on Friday afternoon starting at 3:00 PM leaving San Diego; it starts building to rush hour. The flow into San Diego at 3:00 PM is not as bad. I will let you know probably Friday morning. You got email or cell phone?

How would I know what traffic is like in San Diego? :rof: I've only there been there once before about 10 years ago. Had friends stationed in the NAVY.

Check your Private Messages...Cell Phone # is there.

Chris, the reason for letting you know traffic patterns is that in case I am late coming or if you plan on leaving the city in the afternoon or getting around the city after 3:00 PM.

I got the PM.

How's Thursday evening?

Ok, things are getting a bit more finalized. How would Thursday evening be, say around 7:30 or 8:00 at the Town and Country? Could be for dessert or drinks (including coffee). Just an opportunity to say HI. My flight gets in around 2:00. That would give my husband and I a chance to get settled in and find our way around a bit. I've got cell numbers for the people who have contacted me. I'm waiting to hear from George Hatch with his cell. The rest of the weekend I'm pretty well booked up.
