They are cheap. CW is surviving by being bought out. BOA is stronger but will be less so after merger...sideways. No clear trend. Not into bet. The safe bet imho is shorting oil at some point down the road, probably after Aug 31. Oil goes up if a hurricane enters the Gulf.
