Apex pupped out.

here's the deal. an appraiser friend of mine is on the phone with me as i type this. he installed a new adobe, which may or may not be part of the problem, but his apex seems to be disable-won't launch. any simple solution to this, whether it's adobe related or not? he doesn't think it is.

we always say there's a simple solution, "Just hit F1" something like that. Anyone out there able to help????? ???

and by the way

he uses mcs/ACI.mcs is just the small number of uses version of ACI-seems like the same thing to me.
