We have the new integreted apex on our computers now and like it much better than winsketch but could someone please tell me how to eliminate the sf total section that is created onto each sketch page ? not just blanking out the totals but the whole total box . :x

I don't have it running right now but there is a "Page Layout" tab that will allow to to change (and preview) the layout of your sketch.

I like the calculations showing on the page but they take up way too much space and reduce the area available for the most important part, the drawing. As far as I know, the amount of space they use cannot be revised. You either have to use what is offered or use it with none showing.

Why do we put up with stuff like this.

A picture of the front of the house would be MUCH more useful than the calculations.

WHO ever checks a house size with those little squares?

We all ways used the longest dim possible.

Just another situation of programers dictating our profession.

Steamed in Arkansas(but easier to calculate)

There is currently no way to move the calculations to another page in Apex. At the recent WinTotal seminar in Tampa, Randall Garrett of Apex said a fix would be coming in the near future. Hope he's right.

It is possible to use the page layout feature to place only the sketch on a page, but the calculations won't intergrate with WinTotal. But overall, I like it much better than WinSketch!

Hey, Ed!
First time I have seen you on the net...how's it going?
Wanna buy a chicken? I have about 3 poultry farms to appraise...they want them all by Friday....

Seems we have an influx of Laotian buyers from Minnesota...our favorite combination, an ethnic minority group that are also Yankees. I guess it makes us feel less guilty about selling them a chicken farm.

What you come to Arkansas with is ours, it's what you leave here with you can call yours. Texans found that out in the 60's, Californians in the 70's, now it is somebody else's turn.
