The Appraisal Commission meets this coming Wednesday, 8:30 to about 11:00. Why not attend?

Will be there with new trainee.

Hey Hal,

While you're up there, can you ask them when they are going to update their Meeting Minutes, last one was June 2007.

Thanks

Hal,
Unfortunately I wasn't able to make the meeting. Was it a light agenda?

Not really, they revoked one appraiser's license, find another appraiser $1600 for falsely stating he had done his CEU hours on his 06 license renewal. Questioned another appraiser who submitted an appraisal log with claims of 900 hrs for one appraisal.

I had a new trainee with me and she was very impressed with the commission. I think it is a good idea for new people to attend a meeting from time to time.

Hi Robert;

Sorry no, I was a bit late and did not want to interrupt the proceedings with a personal question.

They revoked a license??? when was the last time They did something like that in CT? hopefully they will continue to police the lax appraisers out there.

CT Appraisal Commission Meeting

Hi Shane;

The meetings are the 2nd wednesday of each month, with the possible exception being in the summer months when I think they skip one or two months.

Meeting starts at 8:30 and lasts til around 11:00. Parking is free, just tell the parking lot guard that you are attending the Appraisal Comm. meeting and they let you in.

Regards

Hal
