Someone here or perhaps on a different forum recently mentioned materials available by Robert Bell, MAI through his site at

I highly recommend his material to anyone new to commercial appraising. I just received his appraisal and consulting guides and they are FANTASTIC! They aren't full samples of work products, but are samples designed to ensure that the appraiser considers and conforms with USPAP requirements. As a commercial "newbie" (16 years residential and less than a year commercial), I will definitely be using the materials as I develop a commercial reporting style of my own. I think this was some of the best money I have spent.
