I plan to grow my business to a 3-5 man organization. What is a good software to help me manage the appraiser fee splits, accumulated fees earned, etc.? I understand Total has an integrated management tool, and I have also seen a stand-alone software offered through an appraisal magazine. I currently use a rudimentary Excel spreadsheet, but it doesn't work well with more than one appraiser.

I need something to help me do a better job of keeping up with fee splits as well as managing client orders. Advice would be appreciated. Compatibility with a more general accounting software (ie. Quickbooks) would be a plus as well.

I use Wintotal, and Quickbooks.

Both are easy to learn and to customize to your situation.
