Appraisal Pilot and Aivre

Does anyone have experience with either of these?
I posted in another thread but why can't the major form software companies offer something similar to these other companies selling these platforms?

I have a feeling that one of the big software companies will buy the best AI 3.6 inspection app exclusively for themselves.
I don't know. I don't know how they don't have some of the best programmers they can hire. Why buy it if you can do it yourself?

Take alamode. They probably have largest appraiser market. Just send massive email and say look at this compared to other companies.

AppraisalPilot is all fluff and no substance. I absolutely would not trust them with my data.

Call and ask them. Alamode is one of the few companies where knowledgeable humans are reachable and will talk to appraisers. This sets them apart from the overnight tech bro companies hiding behind a website, where the only contact is a chatbot.

3.6 is a great opportunity for Tech Bros to steal what little is left of the appraiser’s fee.

IMO: Six month FREE try-out with SFREP.... take her for a test drive... and report back.

So does anyone actually know whether Appraisal Pilot works or is everyone just prognosticating? I ****ing hate AI but I hate typing even more. The AI genie is out of the lamp so I feel like I have to at least try to make it work for my business?
I started writing reports in the early 1980s dot matrix taping photos(in triplicate on the form) digital images changed that and now I’m thinking AI and the bull**** harvesting of our data since UAD will continue.
Bottom line is I love this business and at the end of the day we will always have relevance if we continue to sharpen our axes!

I looked at appraisal pilot. Lots of flaws. Plus it costs $100 a month. No thanks. They over sell their app. They are telling people it takes 12 hours to do a 3.6 report and they will cut that in half. I have done 4 3.6 reports using Total and the Total Mobile App. My last one took about 5 or 6 hours. So not buying their hype.

Thanks for your reply I appreciate it! I’m just trying to navigate the situation and of course looking for an easy way to make sense of the changing landscape. I figured that it would just take a bit of a learning curve and perhaps longer time investment but they’re good sales people out there in Vegas! Probably something to do with the casino vibe!
