My only 2 gripes are: 1) that it is incredibly slow to upload reports sometimes. I have given up on trying to watch the upload process. Now I go to grab a snack or a drink, or lunch while I wait for the file to be sent.
2) The other is the lack of timely communication. Each report is time-sensitive (often less than a week turnaround). When you enter a message and it isn't returned for 2-3 days, that is going to slow down the process dramatically and does a disservice to the client. When our workload is heavy, by the time we get a response we may have to increase the turn time even further because we have to select a new time slot for an inspection. If a response would have been more timely, several days could have been shaved off of the total turnaround time.
