This is totally off topic (hence the general posting).

Does anyone know of someone who works in a job where they use both real estate appraisal skills and actuarial skills?

I enjoy both fields and I am exploring different possibilities.

Thanks.

I had considered becoming an actuary out of college because of my math/science background. I don't know if there is any job that requires both skills, but if you have both skills I'd recommend going the general certified route. You can find your niche there.
