Swallowed my tongue today. USPAP instructor "helped" an appraiser appraise the instructors own property....duh? Then complained to a third party that I (who was previous appraiser of their property) "appraised too low." I understand the comps were lake side to a far from the lake rural property, mostly 30 mi. or more away. Not satisfied with first app. w/ large acreage, reduced acreage, switched lenders couple of times. Source of info is reliable.

 Did not want a D3P, just the $$$.
You low baller, you.

Probably an FOB and maybe even the same one who appraised White Water. "We live in interesting times". "Time is a fleeting thang".

Ter,

Wonder if the USPAP Instructor is an Appraisal Foundation Certified Instructor under the new certification program?????

Just asking.

Ter,

Just because an appraiser takes the Instructor USPAP course will not automatically make them ethical.

apparently your USPAP instructor fell off the grocery truck - sounds like an "influence to value" :?: Perhaps a "Biased Approach" to reality :?:
a three legged dog :?: Perhaps the jolly green giant in a snow cone :?:

Ahhhhhh, a mans grasp, should be beyond his reach 8O

there truly is no finish line

hope he/she credited your time 24hrs - for that class alone

Cheech & Chong offered better courses in South Fla - 19 & 70's
