My name is Ricky Salmon and I recently completed all the educational requirements to become an Appraiser Trainee in the state of New York. I just received my unique appraisal id number from the Dept. of State and I am actively seeking an appraiser or appraisal firm that is willing to train and show me the "right" way to conduct a thorough appraisal.
I am able to assist you with any and all duties you may require including (but not limited to) writing up reports, taking pictures of subject property & comps, research (on & off line), etc.. I own a reliable automobile equipped with GPS technology and have extensive knowledge of the tri-state area and the surrounding counties.
I am not seeking compensation at the moment (although I certainly wouldn't turn it down) as I am more focused on gaining the knowledge and expertise needed in order to become an exceptional real estate appraiser.
Additionally, I am very confident in my ability to generate additional business for your company as I have many contacts with various lenders and loan officers in the mortgage industry.
