My name is Mark Brosz, and I'm looking for a position as a trainie appraiser. I'm 45 yrs. old and I know the importance of being somewhere when you're expected to be there.
I've recently completed a 90 hour basic education course ( including 15 hrs. USPAP ) and I'm waiting to receive a test date for the state test. I live in Amador County, and would like to work in the Sacramento or Stockton area, or closer to home if possible.
I've worked in the construction field for almost 30 yrs, but due to a neck injury, it's impossible to go back to this line of work, SO, a fresh start is in order. I've found that with the market slowing down, finding a mentor, is becoming increasingly more difficult, at least in my neck of the woods. I assure you, I'm not looking to take away anyones clients, I want to work with you, not against you.

Just looking for a break
