"Summit's appraisers also discovered that the Baker defendants used allegedly comparable properties which were far superior to the subject properties, especially as to lot size, size of structures, quality of construction, gross living area, age of structures, and general property condition," according to the complaint.

All of this may be true, but can the prosecution prove that these factors infuenced price? To make this case stick will require a huge statistical market analysis, which raises the key question: Without this stistical market analysis in hand, how could they justify bring these charges? Five will get ten no such market study exists nor a standard 3 review. Probably some Realtor's opinion-whatever that is worth.
