I have noticed a lot of appraiser bashing appraiser on this forum during the past few days.....I hope that it does not remain this way....Maybe we all could agree to disagree.

Yes a little too much bashing. I think the anger is coming out from the fustration of doing the right thing and always getting punished for it. I think the best way-to-go regardless of the circumstance is to always be upfront and honest, just like the reporting standards are supposed to be-also are the verbal standards supposed to be.
