Appraiser's Regression Analysis Class

I went to a couple of workshops on applicaton of regression to appraisal issues called:

"STATS and GRAPHS-1" &
"STATS and GRAPHS-2"
Power Tools for Appraisers.

The two classes are 14 hours in duration each, 28 hours for both.

These Workshops were developed by, and put on by Geore Dell, MAI.

I highly recommend them.

Besides these two classes Mr. George Dell has another 7 hour course integrating statistics and appraisal called "Stats and Graphs-0".

That makes a single 7 hour course and two 14 hour courses in appraisal based statistics. The three courses have their own work books/text books explaining theory and practice.

Since taking the courses and implementing their methods I believe my reports are now more credible and easier to defend.

I've been away a while.

I've been away a while. Sorry to not respond earlier. I don't know when or where the classes will be next, but they are going from the south-west out. George is from San Diego. I'm pretty sure there are classes scheduled for the North-Wet, as you called it. Just don't know when or where.

George Dell is a member of the InlandCAAppraisersForum, a Yahoo Group. Many of the members have taken his class. Maybe join the group and ask when he will be in the North-wet.
