I was just wondering if any of you use that website to recommend appraisers to lenders when they need help in getting an appraiser for an area that you dont service?? I have had a couple of occasions to use it for some of clients when I was asked to do an appraisal in areas outside of my coverage area and since I have received a few orders from my ad on appraiserusa.com, I thought that it was only fitting to try and help others listed there. :?:

Yep, I've recommended it to clients. This is the ONLY one I recommend.

A bank in my home town needed an appraisal in Franklin N.C. I posted this on the forum had an appraiser from Franklin to contact me, gave info to bank, the bank got in touch with appraiser. Wade
