The first portion is General Contractors, this not a good time for them The BIG players in the Insurance field have basically said they will no longer give any credits to them. Translated means there Premiums will skyrocket. Which means building cost of new homes will increase. This is due MAINLY to shifting Soil found in these 2 States. The fires are another story. Other states are affected but with other problems I just reporting on these two that I know for sure. Fire Insurance AT THIS TIME is impossible to GET & ALMOST impossible to RENEW. MIKE ask any business in the effected area such as Pinetop AZ. This will continue for a long period of time. More to come as more is released. I know everyone is saying BIG BAD INSURANCE. However no company can survive if expenses exceed income. Even a 1 person Appraisal Co. (those that have cheap rates may wanna consider that)

Donno, I seem to have more expense than income and I am still hanging around.....I've done so much with so little for so long, I can do darn near anything with nothing.
