I performed an FHA Appraisal for "What a deal, Mortgage". They have officially abandoned the loan in favor of "We Got the Bucks, Mortgage". FHA has transferred the case # to WGTB and I verified in FHA Connection. WAD no longer has the case. Do I still have a Fiduciary Responsibility to WAD since the report has transferred to WGTB?

Yes.

into eternity your client relationship never ends, unless they don't pay you and then all bets are off.
