Does anyone know about the "complex"?

Tax records indicate my subject is a B2 (walks like a duck...). No problem there, however, there are street signs that indicate a PUD or Condo. They state "private road, no parking without a permit"

I noticed the signs after the inspection so I didn't ask the HO. I called and left a message and am awaiting a ret call. I thought that this might be faster and more accurate.

Thanks in advance!!!!

I just found out that the name is Arverne By the SEA. The owner stated that there is a maintaince fee for the outside and rules about what you can do to the outside of the building.

I did a few in there, you can IM me for any info, take note, that a portion of these developments went to affordble housing, hence, some will have lower sales prices.
