Does anyone have any advice on how to battle the dramatic increases in property tax in the Baltimore County area? My understanding is that they are raising the tax assessed values based on the inflated property values from previous years. Is there a way to fight this? Because there projected increases will result in the tax assessed value exceeding the sold and active sales in my market area, any help will be greatly appreciated.
