I'm coming up on my trainee licensing exam in California, and have "Questions and Answers to Help Pass the Appraisal Cert. Exam" by Fisher and Tosh, and was just wondering if anyone knew of any other books that were helpful or even better?

Thanks, Dave.

I used Henry S. Harrison`s text books; He offers a student workbook and an addition to the his regular text book he offers an excellent study guide called "How to pass any General or Residential real estate exam". I used all three text books.

The first book will be a regular text, second book will have four 100 question exams in the back and after each chapter you can take a chapter test, third book will be a student work book.

Taking my classes and using those books I passed the exam. I asked alot of questions too.
