Does anyone use this publication? Do you like it?

I'm currently using the Means Residential Repair and Remodeling Costs to compute cost to cure.

Thanks!

I have been using Marshall & Swift Cost Handbook.

I like the CD that Craftsman [National Construction Estimator] puts out. Means is "ok" but find it more expensive and more difficult to use.

For simple things however, Means does have a systems and components section which I use which is part of their Residential SF Cost book.
