Borrower's Name In VA Liquidation Report

I did not do any VA liquidation reports for over a year. I forgot what name goes on the borrower's line.

Ha....yes...no name needed. As a matter of fact...I did an LGI a few weeks ago and dumbly put the Borrower's name on the Report (drawn from the 1805). I later received a notification of sub par work (non substantive) from the VA for this single and exact issue.
