I am doing an appraisal on a Brooklyn condo. I have recent sales in the area but can not find interior characteristics such as GLA and room count. This is a REO appraisal. There were no other sales in the complex within the last two years. The subject is in a section of Borough Park, which appears to have mostly private condo sales. The subject is new construction, like others in the area and GLA was not yet recorded to public records. I have geodata, Acris, Streeteasy, Brooklyn MLS... Does anyone have any other to methods of obtaining this information? Please help. Thanks

Hi Diana

I am from the area, and I can try to help you, of all the sources you listed everything other then ACRIS is obsolete.....
In general for new construction comps, I always use CompsInc., GeoData is bad in any new construction data, otherwise I prefer Geo over CompsInc.

You can contact me by PM and I'll try my best....

it's a stretch

there may be some info in market data center - i still have a link to it and some people still upload info to it, especially city condos and coop - that is where it is really effective. if you want to PM the address - I can look.

good luck
