There are no more VC forms. However, you should reference the security bar problem in the addendum and mark the appraisal "subject to the following repairs" quick release installation or removal of the security bars.
Ron's advice is exactly what I do, in regards to bedroom windows anyway. I also agree on the VC reference. You *can* reference them if you want, but your LO and/or your UW will call you afterwards and ask that you remove any references to the VC sheets since they haven't been required for some time.
