cant remove data from salient features & subject photo p

i am doing a land appraisal. The square footage, bedroom and bath count, etc pops up on the subject photo page and the salient features page. i am assuming this info is from a previous report. i can delete the data field but when i leave and return to this page, it has re-appeared. how can i get it to stay gone. thanks, i use wintotal software

I also use Wintotal and have experienced the same problem. I just substitute a generic photo page that has no data fields and provide my own label. Alamode may have a better solution but I have found recently that unless it is a technical problem they refer you to another service from them that costs $$$. I'm not sure if this problem would be considered technical. You might also consider attending one of their trainings where they cover a wide variety of such issues. Good luck.

I don't know if this will help, but if it is only one page that keeps transferring incorrect data, you can do all the rest of the report, then go to the page you are having problems with, delete the unnecessary info, and digitally sign the report while still in that form. That will prevent any further data transfers from going to any page.

What Dave says is good .. BUT .. if you have to subsequently change the report, which means 'unsigning' don't forget to go back to those pages when you go to resign .. on account of just as soon as you 'unsign' those forms will be filled in once again with the incorrect information ..
