Hi, does anyone have any cheap office supplies delivered? If so, who do you recommend? I have used Nordisco for paper ($55 +/- for a box of legal size paper) but I don't think they have the best selection or pricing on file folders and the like. Anyone have any suggestions?

As far as paper I get my legal paper by the case at either Costco or BJs both are about $35+-. Toner I use HP 11a which runs $123 for original HB brand almost every were, except Ebay where it averages about $75 with shipping and handling. I do not like refills or off brands never get the yield or the volume, So I buy sealed new HP in box. Cameras I still love the Kodak 215, for this work, have about 4 back-ups also buy on ebay for about $40 used I have probably gone thru 10+ over the years low MP so I can shot and shot, fits in my pocket when writing. If I happen to leave the camera at the office, or it breaks, or i drop it in the pool, or what ever always have a back up in car.

I do the Staples thing. if you order more than $50 which shouldn't be hard at all, you get free shipping. I am using a heavier and brighter paper than I have before. I can't go back to the cheaper stuff. I use 24 lb, 96 bright staples brand. I wait till it goes on sale and pay about $40 a case for letter. I get all file folders there and a lot of the time they have really good sales on some electronics. Get a reward card and you even get a voucher in the mail to spend on anything in the store or web. I could not locate Snobsville, but there are many staples in Michigan...hopefully you have one that is close enough to you.

WB Mason. Started with them when they came to NJ and have never looked back. You can negotiate your own company pricing rather than use their standard fees. The rep comes around every three months to make sure I'm happy, and if ever I find an error on my bill he is quick to make me happy again. We pay about 40-42 for a case of legal. They have sales where it gets doen into the35 range. Letter is 29.00 typically. Paper is expensive these days!

CostCo for paper too. I don't print my reports for the client so I don't need to get the good quality, but if I did, I definately would.

Staples over the internet is good, or direct from the equipment's manufacturer works as well too.

Quill. We have used them for years. They are located near Chicago, I think. We often get next day delivery.

Realpeople answer the phone. If they happen to be having a sale on something, they will let you know.

I do not know if Quill has the lowest prices but they sure beat Office Depot in our area. They are the very best as far as customer service. We have also used them for years.

I used to buy from VIking - free shipping. Cheapest price around. Off Depot bought them out...OD sucks on line. I check with Amazon a lot. I buy more at Office Max than anywhere else. Better pricing. Amazon for printer supplies. I don' t like refills. I order new ones.

Quill is the best...prices and service. If you don't see it in their catalogue, call them, they will get it. I can order something in the am and it will usually arrive the next day (and I surely don't live near Chicago).

Great deals on paper, toner, and laser supplies (which covers most of my major supply items). I order everything online...when you register you will get e-mails of special offers..my kids love getting the free movies and cookies (I know it really isn't free, but it is a treat for them) when I get my HP laser supplies.:new_llying:
