So...I get a call on a rush job.....subject is a purchase..

Bay Shore High Ranch ..exp # ( !(&#$$* ) and current # ( @)##*!$ )

Sale price per contract $391,600

Down payment $3,000
Sellers Concession $20,160
Due at closing $352,600

HMMMMMM......

Don't even make the appmt. call, just send the addy to the MFWL. They have to be f**king kidding me.

The first thing I did was call the broker from the 1st listing...and asked very nicely... WTF...m2: ....he said that there is something wrong with the whole set up....

I have the app't set for Thurs AM at 9am....I will have the older listing on top of my folder and wait for the reaction....:new_2gunsfiring_v1: ...sure to be followed up with a pile of BS....

my guess is there was a bidding war.....

$100 says they bring comps.....

Lets all meet we will have breakfast, 3 appraisers 1 house. Client could not get a more credible report.

Even the current listing was originally taken at $364,900 then a pc on 1/22/08 just in time for the 1/30/08 UC -

check the history...

And don't forget it's just norht of the Mosque...

Man.....I thought that the pool may be the reason for the $$ missing in the deal, however the sucker was not there....

Did you guys catch all the different listing for this property??
