Landmark Loan Services, LLC is an AMC based in LA, CA. We are about to acquire an existing appraisal company. That company has a decent sized list of unpaid appraisals from mortgage brokers who are probably flipping burgers someplace. How can the money be collected. Is the homeowner liable at all?

Good luck, my only experience with collections is that you really can only collect on unpaids from your own state...and I have only been successful by suing them.

Most stuff out of state is hard to sue, if not impossible.
