Does anyone have comps of commerial condos in the Farmingdale area. Rentals and/or sales. I am looking for a ball park figure per square foot in sale price. I have 20 units in 1 complex that range in size from 800 to 3,500 SF.

Haven't done any recently but check:

775 Park Ave, Huntington

640 Belle Terre Rd, Pt Jeff

There are other office condos on NY Ave in Huntington (n/o 25A), Montauk Hwy in Bay Shore and one in Islip or Islip Terrace.

Commercial assignment

How does a certified residential appraiser do commercial work in New York? The statutes state that a certified general appraiser is the only licensure allowed to do commercial work. Just curious.

Thanks everyone for your assistance. And as to how I am doing commercial work, I am merely conducting research for a review of a commercial appraisal. And BTW I have all the credits and state approvals for my GC license. I just have to take the test.

Happy Holidays! :new_xmas:
