If you are a TX Certified General Appraiser and you service one or more of the following markets: Houston, Austin, San Antonio, or Dallas

We are seeking a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with 10+ years of appraisal experience (at least 5 of which must be commercial appraisal experience)

Offering highly competitive fee splits starting at 55%...up to 70%, depending on the circumstances - among the best in the industry.

This position affords great flexibility and independence in that you will work remotely (telecommuting), and may work part-time or full-time.

Ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent analytical and communication skills, who can maintain strong quality control while consistently meeting deadlines.

We are looking for a team player with whom we can build a mutually beneficial, long term relationship.

Top performers have excellent potential for growth.

MAI Designated appraiser or AI Candidate pursuing an MAI Designation is a plus, but not required.
