Currently in my City we are moving more and more towards Denser Housing. The long Range Planning is being changed and its creating huge problems with planned road infrastructure improvements, controlled by the State. The heavier Traffic is becoming intolerable. It is like one hand is not paying attention to what the other hand is doing.Because its cheaper to drop 100 homes on one large parcel of land than to have to survey and split into 100 separate lots. This became teh rage in Riverside and Orange County in 2000 through 2007 to cut development costs down. 99% of all owner have no idea they do not own the land below them and the Realtors dont even know what a site condo is.
