compucram vs. learnappraising

Both are.
Learnappraising.com makes studying a littler more enjoyable while compucram is stright to the point type of software.

I prefer learnappraising. It really helped me last year when I was preparing to take the exam. I passed the first time.

I have used learnappraising for my certification test and my FHA exam and passed both the first time. It is set up alot like the test, so it helped me better prepare than a book would have. It tracks your progress and kind of gives you a guage so you know when you are comfortable enough to scedule the exam. When I first started I was scoring in the 40's but with a little practice I was consistantly in the 80-90's. I have never tried compucram.

has anyone tried compucram? I've looked at both websites and I was more impressed with compucram. learnappraising looks too cartoonish, like it would get annoying--I only played the free demos, so I don't know?
