Appraiser unable to obtain condominium docs from HOA or mangement company for conventional lending assignment. Appraisal intermediary consequently advised appraiser to submit report with notation that report will be revised and fully completed when lender provides condo cert. I'm thinking that an EA should be imposed to address any unknown, deleterious affects revealed in the condo cert, but wondering whether CB4 also is needed.
