Bob and David,

Thanks much.

Within ten days of this action, the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board was handed an extreme challenge by some folks out of state. We may be asking some of you to assist in the near future.

Expect more details as they are revealed to me and the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board. For now, let's just say we are not pleased.

Ditto the congratulations from me.

I understand the amount of work and effort that go into such positions, and admire your willingness to undertake such an effort and still keep us forumites posted on what is happening.

Best Regards

Frank,

Congratulations! Couldn't happen to anyone more deserving.

It was your posts a couple of years ago that motivated me to look beyond just my everyday "job" and consider the "whole picture" of this profession. Thank you.

I look forward to supporting you and the board in whatever small way I may be able to contribute.

Frank G,

I had already congratulated you on your appointment previously by email but I couldn't resist when you wrote

You have to learn the motto of those out of state folks: "Better Government Through Intimidation."

Once again, congratulations. Will I be hearing the whine of a new Subaru WRX down there in Florida? Not much offered in those new Mustangs.
