Doing several new construction appraisals here in Indianapolis. The builder furnished several sales that had recently closed. I noticed that a Corelogic had an appraisal completed on one of the properties. The fee paid to Corelogic was $515!!! Streetlinks did another assignment and was paid $368.00 for these new home constructions. I did 4 appraisals and was paid $400 for each property.
I hope you Corelogic appraisers are getting a good fee for your work. How much is Corelogic paying you central Indiana appraisers?
The Streetlink appraiser must have only been receiveng about $250+/- for the assignment? That may be well below market. Come on folks, work for those C/R fees and lets not heavily discount our fees "just to receive work".
