I am trying to figure out cost to cure. Is there an addendum for this? Is the only place to get the cost to cure is from the blue book cost to cure.
Can someone please shead some light on cost to cure

M/S Estimator, National Estimator and several other sources.

Local contractors, local builders etc.

Construction Experience with a strong knowledge base in what you are dealing with.

No Addendum that I know of. You got to build your own.

You must do what needs to be done to produce a credible report/cost to cure. Ask your supervisor. Evaluate your Marshall Swift cost/repair manuals. If you are unable or unsure on how to do this you should ask yourself do you have the knowledge/competence to do this job?

With all due respects, are you just filling out forms or are you an appraiser? There is a difference.
